LXFH is our B2B fulfilment service for e-commerce sellers, importers, and businesses operating in Jamaica. We store your inventory and handle pick-and-pack, labelling, dispatch, and returns on your behalf.

Online sellers (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and more), importers who need warehousing, and any business that wants to outsource its logistics operations in Jamaica.

Complete the application form on our Sign-Up page. A member of our team will review it and reach out to get you onboarded with a dedicated account manager.

Once your application is approved, onboarding is typically quick. We set up your account, agree on your plan, and give you a shipping address to send your stock.

After onboarding, you ship your inventory to our Jamaica warehouse. We receive, count, and log every item into your dashboard so you have real-time stock visibility.

Yes. Your business dashboard shows real-time inventory levels, so you always know what's in stock and when to reorder.

Your products are stored securely in our organised warehouse with clear location tracking. Stock is reconciled regularly for accuracy.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched same-day. We pick, pack, and hand off to island-wide delivery quickly and accurately.

Absolutely. We apply your custom labels and branded packaging so every parcel reflects your brand, not ours.

We fulfil orders from Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and your own website — multi-channel fulfilment from one inventory pool.

We offer Per Package (pay-as-you-go), Starter (up to 20/week), Growth (up to 40/week), Pro (up to 75/week), and Custom for higher volumes. You can change plans at any time.

During sign-up we recommend a plan based on your estimated weekly package volume. Your account manager can help you adjust as you grow.

No long-term lock-in. Our plans are flexible so you can scale up or down as your business needs change.

Yes. We receive and inspect returns on your behalf, then restock, dispose, or return items to you based on the rules you set.

Each return is quality-inspected and graded. Items that pass inspection can be restocked; others are handled per your instructions and reported to you.
